We are looking for an electrician to replace an old diesel heater manual thermostat (heat only). The old thermostat is in the lounge and the heater is on the level below. Plus fit a double power point, using the wiring from an existing single point point on the other side of wall. We do not have the thermostat but have been told by heater guy to use Honeywell manual heat only switch. The house was built in 1970. The work needs to be completed this week.
