Upgrading wiring in in loft above garage to support a kitchen

I Require a electrician to be available to upgrade the wiring in the garage/loft so that the upstairs loft is able to support a kitchen. A Building consent is in place for the kitchen work and required wiring and plumbing. Additionally I would like the upstairs loft to have a separate fuse panel from the downstairs garage with the addition of some power points on the same wall where the kitchen will be installed. The upgrade work ideally needs to be done next Tuesday.
