Solar panels - turn on!

Hi team/s, I'm sure this request is super easy and will take all of 10min....however given I have no idea what Im doing(!)... I'm posting the job here. Long story short, our home is fitted with solar panels. However my very spiteful husband turned them off (hence not producing power or feeding to grid) before he left the marriage. I didn't worry to much over the winter months, but now that we are getting more sun/daylight hours, Id like them powered up and functioning. Any takers?! Im home after 3pm Mon-Friday.
