New light fittings

I have recently moved into a new house and would like to change the light fittings in the lounge - x2 large hanging lightshades - to fittings fixed to the ceiling, in a different style (I've seen a couple at Lighting Direct I'm quite keen on). There are also 2-3 other small things I'd like looked at in the house; one wall switch that doesn't flick on/off properly, light fittings in kitchen that need to be ? screwed in more tightly and a pantry light I would like altered. I would love this work to be done as soon as possible, e.g. ideally next week (24 - 28th Aug)
