Rental purchase - extraction required

Job description

Extractor Fans
New Plymouth

We're buying a rental investment property on 28 June. The building report advised that we need to add extraction to the bathroom and kitchen to comply with landlord obligations. The house has a skillion roof (I think that's what it's called), i.e. no ceiling cavity. Looks like we might have to go through a brick wall, but I'm just not sure, perhaps there's a way to come out through the soffit. Not sure if I'll need a builder to do that, but assume I'll at least need an electrician to get it wired up. We are able to access the house during normal business hours, so it would be good to get a quote over the next week or so. I can meet you there. The photo's are: - Inside of bathroom: from the floor to the bottom of the wood ceiling plank is 240cm - Outside of bathroom: from the ground to the soffit is 224cm - Inside of kitchen: the current extractor is not vented

Great work by Cody, we'll definitely use him again. He came in and did all the work necessary, when other electricians told us we'd need to also use a builder. He used initiative to find us a good extractor, and when that one was out-of-stock, he found a comparable version for the same price.
