1. install wall mounted extractor fan in bathroom. Cable in the wall already. 2. Oven extractor fan - not really electrical job, but if you make a hole in the wall for the bathroom, then hopefully you can do one for the kitchen. 3. Investigate power point - not work . Hasn’t work since installed.
