Replacing downlights with LED lights

We have old downlights in some of the rooms in our house that need to be replaced with new LED lights. This is in order for us to be able to lay insulation in the ceiling. There are 11 lights in total that need replacing. We're installing insulation at the end of May so would prefer to have this done by then.
