There are down lights in the property that still have the screw part stuck in the sockets... lights seem to flicker in the lounge when turned on at different switches, I have replaced certain lightbulbs around the house several times, they seem to blow...also have a downlight out of the socket (hanging)...

Unhappy that I only asked for a quote, for a job to be done. Was told someone will send an email. I have been charged with a bill I was not expecting, I am now being demanded to pay, i find that very unfair, I would prefer to have had the quote first, to make sure I could afford for the job to be done. Job was for removal of broken screw bulbs, and to put a downlight back in roof. Please Help unhappy customer
