New plug + Bathroom heater

Hey, I am hoping someone can install a double plug and a bathroom heater - I will supply a Serene Living Classic S2068 through work. We are going to rent this part of our house out and are planning on completely changing the bathroom in a few years so don't want to spend a heap on this ideally. I can see the guy who owned it previously just ran the wire over the gib and put a wee cover over it, I am guessing this is an easier, cheaper option if we could just do the same again maybe?
