Network cabling

Hi. I need to liven up a couple of jacks around the house for network. The jacks were used for telephone but all have cat6 cable running to them from a telephone patch board in the garage. The fibre ont in the cabinet goes out to one outlet in the kitchen, there is a second outlet next to it which you could route back to the cabinet and from there could be patched to the rooms. Also have one room where there is no rj45 jack where I would like one. There is an existing tv cable there that would go back to the same cabinet.
