Switchboard upgrade to RCDs

We have a villa that has been rewired in the past, but still has an old switchboard which uses fuses mixed with a few new RCDs. We would like to upgrade to a new switchboard so it is RCD only, ideally recessed but not essential. Depending on this cost we might look at having a smart meter installed too. And we would expect the sparky to arrange the safety inspection and provide us with a copy of the report along with the CoC. Thanks!
