Home Office Kit Out

Needing powerpoints, better lighting (full spectrum if possible), cabling for ethernet, hdmi (from one side of small room to other), as well as setup of UPS (already owned but need new battery), I'm a network engineer so can do the networking side of things, just need the cables run and ports put in wall. also potentially cabling for a mounted TV. Would be interested in looking into a smart lighting feature, with a panel if possible so would love to talk to someone with the tech knowledge and required electrical skills :)
