Registered Electrician Needed – Matamata-Piako District Te Aroha According to my building report I need the following investigated, quoted and for work to be completed on my newly purchased house further information can be supplied. Circuit Breakers/Wiring Part of the distribution meter. -Earth peg not sighted, requires installing/locating. -Exterior lights checked, some fittings are damaged require replacement. -External light switch on left hand side of garage door does not operate, requires repair. -Some lights did not operate throughout property require replacement or repair of fittings. -Porcelain fuses on circuit board could be replaced with modern circuit breakers to improve. All switches, faceplates and decor checked, with signs of age, wear and minor damage noted. Most switches and faceplates could be replaced in future and new decor to improve. Due to age we recommend a Registered Electrician evaluate circuit board, all wiring, faceplates and fittings on property, repair and certify as required. I will also need to have additional electrical points with planning to have a bathroom relocated and new kitchen installed, however the above is my concern an initial priority.
