Switch board relocation

We're looking to relocate our switch board roughly 1m and have some rewiring done to bring it up to code as some light wiring is the old black rubber stuff. We're doing some relatively extensive renovations at the moment which hopefully makes it easier for you. We'll also be installing a number of new light fixtures as well as a new kitchen which we'd like new power points added. We've had an estimate of $4000 to do the rewiring work but that was prior to gib removal etc. Looking for estimates asap and work to start sooner rather than later. Thanks
