Problematic Fans

We have two issues that require investigation by a suitably qualified tradesman. Firstly, the extractor fan in our bathroom is loud and stops working altogether if left on for a decent amount of time. If it could be repaired, then that would be great. If it requires replacement, then we'd be open to replacing it. We'd like a cost esimate for replacement (including installation) please. Our second problem is that the "fan" component of our the "fan bake" function on our Westinghouse wall oven recently stopped working. The "bake" function still works but the fan itself seems to have died. We would like this repairied or, if required, we would like the fan replaced. Again, we are asking for an estimate for fixing the fan in our wall oven. Pictures attached.
