Couple of things. Replacement of heat-fan bathroom ventilation unit. I will provide a new unit and it just needs to be swapped over. It will be different brand rather than Aelite that's currently installed. Second thing is a garage power point is not working. The garage door plug is plugged into this powerpoint.
