Remedial work at the tenanted rental. Need to replace a broken spotlight in a kitchen alcove. Light still works, just bracket is broken. Also need to replace a broken wall switch in the bathroom. I had already purchased the spotlight and switch to replace these as I had organized another electrician before covid round 2 hit. Just need to be swapped over, please include estimate.
