Washing machine won't spin and need multiple new double power outlets installed

1) I have a Fisher and Paykel Washsmart 7kgs Model WA7060G1 that struggles to spin a load. Error is "Out of Balance" and can happen multiple times a load. 2) I need 7 new double power outlets installed (in 4 different locations in the house) and 1 single outlet changed to double. If they could be horizontal outlets not vertical please. Any time Monday would be fantastic otherwise an afternoon later in the week if available please. Please advise your rate too. Thank you.
