Marty was prompt in responding and prompt in arriving for his assessment of the work to be done. He offered very sensible suggestions and completed the agreed work without a problem to us. However, he took extra care in his work and was there for over the time estimated. He did not charge extra which was a plus for us. We will be using Marty again soon. Malo mele
