Electrical- relocating wiring

About to have laminate flooring put down. I have a wire for the sky dish running from under the house (house is against a hill so no crawling required, you can stand up under the floors) up through the carpet. It needs to be against the wall or up through the wall? Plus it's black , would like white or the black one covered in plastic tubing so not obvious. 2nd pic is of internet connection, again maybe it needs moving? Skirting boards are removed as part of laying flooring do from how it is setup not sure that will work well. Would like to get it done next Tuesday anytime . Flooring tradie is coming tuesday/wed
