We have two adjoining rental properties that need extracter units in their bathrooms. This is to comply with the Government initiative for warm, dry homes. Prefer units that incorporate heat lamp and light in the unit and extract to an outside vent. Job not urgent so a mid-January date is OK.

I asked Louis to liaise with the tenants and he just got on with the job. And emailed me a Electrical Compliance Certificate that included his Practicing License number. Very propfessional.
