Rangehood installation

We need a new rangehood installed. The model of the rangehood we're intending to get is this one: --- / --- . There is a current rangehood with no ducting which is powered by an electrical socket in current cooker. Cooker is going to be replaced with no electrical socket on its side. So the scope of the rangehood installation will need to include new ducting and new electrical wiring.
