Fix down light and assess heated towel rail that is too hot
Job description
We have 2 issues to be looked at. 1. We have 3 down lights in our dining room and 1 is not functioning. Occasionally it will flicker. It is not the bulb but perhaps an issue with the wiring/transformer? 2. Also our heated towel rail was very hot to touch and on inspection has scorched the plastic brackets attaching it to the wall. Would like this safety issue fixed please.
