It was a pleasant experience having Robert complete the job - communication was clear, arrived on time (on a Sunday morning!) diligent and genuine. Robert knew exactly what the fault was and was able to fix this swiftly and went over and above, he is very knowledgeable of the industry and overall a lovely person.
