Electrical work - install rangehood & lights. Replace wall sockets

Looking for a Sparkie available next Friday (25 October) to do some work at our Mangere house. We need: 1. Install a Range hood (already purchased) where previously there was an extractor fan. (see photo & comment below) 2. 2 x light fittings replaced. (see photo) (already purchased fittings) 3. 2 x wall sockets replaced 4. Potentially some extra power points added in a couple of the rooms (if possible). 5. Potentially install an extractor fan in the bathroom (depending on quote) NB: re Range hood: Existing wiring exists to where the range hood is to go, but was previously wired to turn on when the oven switch was turned on. So may have a breaker issue that needs to be addressed. There is crawlspace access under the house circa 1925 construction cottage.
