Moisture Master electrical repair

I have a Moisture Master underfloor system that has been working perfectly for over 10 years. There seems to be an issue with the power board beside the fan as it clicks when turned off and on again. The control panel is all working. I’ve been told to replace the whole system, but I’m sure a qualified electrician could find the fault and fix it without a complete overhaul.
