The current unit is "Manrose "Heat'n Vent 2" (FAN 0537), its middle light socket is rusty and damaged. I want the unit to be replaced with a newer model "Manrose Pro Series Heat "N" Vent 125mm White" (FAN 0940) with LED light (which looks like the unit used in another bathroom), or something similar and compatible. The bathroom is on the upper level of a stand-alone 2 level house. When you come here, I will also ask you to assess and quote adding an electrical power point and internal network data cabling for 4 rooms and two lounges as separate jobs.
