Replacement of kitchen power and light switches

Hopefully a quick fix for someone please! 3 x switches needing replacement - (see photos) 1. light switch - cosmetic change 2. hob and oven switch - cosmetic change 3. dual power outlet + waste disposal power button - this needs fixing since it has been sparking on occasion. Job is to provide new switches, fix the dual power outlet, and install new switches. It's for a tenanted property so will need to work around the tenants - ideally Thu or Fri. Property in Dannemora, East/South-East Auckland. Please let me know if you need any measurements or have any questions.
