Garage electrical works

I have a large workshop that has single and 3 phase power. The shed is largely unlined, so access to wiring is easy. There are 3 jobs that need doing. 1. Overhead lights are two banks of hanging bayonet fixtures. When a standard incandescent bulb is fitted in any of these fittings it blows immediately. Only longlife bulbs seem to last, and I am down to one remaining working bulb. 2. One of the single phase power circuits keeps (spectacularly!) blowing a circuit breaker. I suspect a power outlet roughly 1 metre from the fuse board is shorting. 3. I am having an auto door opener installed and need a single phase feed run up one of the portal frames to the apex of the roof, and a hanging power plug installed. This is a run of approx 8000mm from the fuse board. If you wish to view the work or need any more details please get in touch.
