Install plug under sink in kitchen

Needing a qualified electrician to install a plug under the sink or reasonable spot under bench for dishwasher to be plugged into. I can supply plug. Should be reasonably straight forward as there is a plug above bench not far from where I need this one installed. Depending where the wires are behind wall. Don't know how helpful photo is, will be removing the 3 draws for dishwasher to go and plug is likely to go at the back of the cupboard either left or right. Shows plug above bench. Will also be posting for a qualified plumber to install dishwasher once this job is completed, so if you could do both that would be great. Looking for quotes and to get the job under way.
