Garage outlets not working

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to get the outlets in my garage working again. The garage is below the house. Had some electrical work done but now the outlets in the garage on the ground floor don't work so must be an issue with the line connecting top to bottom. Everything else on the top works. Cheers
