Builder/Electrician to install kitchen and bathroom extracts.
Job description
Install kitchen and bathroom rangehood/extract. Our kitchen extract is unique because there is no external wall access behind the oven (due to carport roof). The ducting will need to be taken 2-3m horizontally before penetrating either the brick wall on the side, or exiting through the narrow angled soffit of the roof. There is no ceiling in the kitchen, but there is a nearby pantry and cupboards to hide the ducting. There is also a cupboard above the oven which we presume will need to be either penetrated with ductwork or removed altogether. Bathroom should be simpler, there is ceiling space to duct to the soffit. We would like a timer delay on the bathroom extract too please. We do not have rangehood or fan chosen yet as we would like advice and a quote first. If we like working with you there is potential for more sparky work as we intend to double the number of power outlets in our home.

We are very happy with Mark's work. His communication was clear and prompt, and we were very pleased with the workmanship of the task. Mark not only completed the task at hand, but came up with a solution which allowed us to keep our kitchen cabinet and still use half of it too!
