Hidden cables

Have a 65” tv and a sound to be wall mounted above the fireplace (gas heater), need to know if it’s possible to do and want the cables hidden behind the wall so you can’t see them, ideally the sound bar on the fireplace mantle and tv wall mounted and all cables hidden, the only power points are on the side walls, but the switch you see beside the fireplace is the fan for the gas heater. Waiting on the tv which arrives within the next 2-3 weeks.
