A new range hood and Bathroom fan

I want to install new range hood and bathroom fan for my rental property. The range hood needs a vent through a external wall which is a timber cladding. The extractor fan is required for the bathroom which is on the upper floor of the unit and needs a vent through a roof. I can buy the rangehood and the extractor fan on your recommendation. The current tenant is leaving on 14th and the new tenant starts on 26th January. You can visit the property from 15th and need to completed by 25th. Thanks
