Installation of Extractor Fan

I need to install extractor fan in my bathroom. There is extractor space given but its been covered by Pink Batts when house was renovated. See photos for more details. There is only one light switch in bathroom, if that can be used for extractor fan as well. Also, we can install fan near the window, whatever suits with less cost.
