Replace faulty bathroom exhaust, check the front-door security light.

Our through-the-wall bathroom exhaust is no longer working and I have bought a straight replacement unit. I just need someone to take out the faulty unit, install the new one and connect the wiring. We have a security light by our main door that was working fine but now just turns on and off within a second. I tried adjusting the timer setting but it's still the same. I just need it checked whether it's faulty or is it the wiring connection. It is just almost a year old.
