Wiring for New Garage

Looking for a registered electrician to perform wiring on a new double garage being built in the coming few weeks.
I need:
- New fuse to existing house fuseboard (old, exterior board with meter and fuses)
- new cable running out to new garage (not yet built), in appropriate conduit.
- council inspection is needed.
- a single light switch in the new garage, going to 2 fluro lights (I already have the lights)
- 2 power points, on opposite side walls.
