Wiring for New Garage (and re-routing existing house power)

We're building a new garage which will be between existing overhead lines running to the main house. We're wanting to reconfigure so the overhead lines now go underground to the garage (approx 5m from pole), to new switchboard, then underground to existing house. We're wanting a qualified electrician who can: - help design electrical plan to submit to council with garage consent (submitting approx 22 April). - assist with installing appropriate conduit from pole to garage concrete pad location, and from garage concrete pad location to house (prior to concrete pour, approx 24 May). - Arrange for two/three phase power to garage (and house). - install new switchboard in the garage, relocate meter to garage, and reconnect house power through underground cable.
