Move some power points

Our laundry has power points that jut out of the wall, these prevent appliances from fitting against the wall. These power points need moving so they are not in the way of the appliances. Also if possible it would be good if these could be changed for the type that are flush with the wall. There are two other small jobs on-site. First is an exterior wall mounted rcd that doesn't trip when the test button is pressed. Secondly I need a phone line installed into the understairs cupboard.
