adding circuit/sockets

We are currently in the process of renovating our 1940s house and would like to add a few more circuits and sockets around the house as there currently are only a few. We would like an RCD added to the board and a circuit run into the bathroom for a socket and a heated towel rail. We would also like a new circuit run in the lounge/bedrooms for additional sockets.
