Complete rewire 3 brm house

Hi all I have a 3 brm house that needs a complete rewire including switch board. House was built in 1969, and has been relocated. Gib has been removed in lounge, hall and kitchen. to allow for better roughing in. As the house was chopped to get it off site, I need to start all over again
