Bathroom extractor fan malfunction. Light bulb 'stuck'.
Job description
Bathroom extractor fan stopped working after being switched on at the wall (fan and bathroom lights are separate switches). At the same time lights flickered up and down in intensity but lights continued to work. However not the extractor fan. The fan unit is about 4 years old. Unable to remove a 'blown' light bulb in a wall fitting light
