Replace element for 180L LP Copper Cylinder

No hot water coming from hot water cylinder - fuse not blown, thermostats ok but there's no reading across element, which will need replacing. Our current electrician is out of town & we have a plumber calling in to drain the cylinder this Thurs morning. Any chance of having the element replaced this Thurs arvo please? (Also NB - this cylinder was only installed in Nov 2016)
