House is 1936. 1. Need to have the wiring for the house checked. 2. One of the hot points in kitchen doesn't work and is causing the hob and wall oven to blow a fuse (says the current owner). 3. I have purchased a new oven and hob to be fitted. 4. Outside gas infinity needs an external hotpoint. 5. Check power to outside 2 door garage is compliant. 6. Expelair to go into renovated bathroom. 7. New hot point for washing machine, Viewing 24th June to quote.
