Seven new extractor fans and three heaters for rentals in Hamilton

We have three rental properties that need to be upgraded for Healthy Homes Standards. Between them we need: - Up to 7 new extractor fans/rangehoods for kitchens and bathrooms (two existing need to be either improved or removed, and 5 new ones) - Up to 3 new het pumps (one may just need additional heater, to be determined on site) I have one external report per property that details what is needed with photos so a site visit might not be required. Some of the houses also need draught sealing so if you have a team that can do the both that would be ideal.
