LED light upgrade and replace
Job description
2 hours general electrical work, then check how to install a heat pump for a quote. Are you free in 3pm - 5pm --- Wed or --- Sat? It is in a rental property. replace a light and a switch in laundry; replace 2 x focus lights to 3 x LED downlights or 2 x Oyster lights; replace 3-5 downlights to LED downlights; replace 2-3 ceiling lights to LED Oyster lights (optional as see time avail. ) LED downlights and Oyster LED lights are available. They are from J.A Russell Electrical. Gib board screws are avail. Expect $200 inc GST for 2 hours in particular date/time.

Excellent communication skill to make the job on schedule to complete. All had been done nicely within the budget. Sorted out unexpected technical problem.
