RDC tripping, find and fix fault/Install new power point in bathroom

An RCD is tripping, I have turned off every appliance one room at a time but it still will not stay on so I believe it is in the lights. Would like a power point installed in the bathroom, there is a heated towel rail near so there will be wiring in the wall directly above the point (my ex was sparkie and did all the wiring when the house was built so I know how things work).
