Rewire/move garage cables from mid pillar to side pillar

We are looking at turning our two garage doors into a one double door. Power from the house to garage is by underground cable surfacing at the base of the mid pillar -which we plan on removing. Would like to move this cabling two meters to the side of the garage entrance, along with the fuse box and lights. Expect some minor light rewiring as well as the light cables lead to this box. Also needs to be able to cope with an additional garage motor and the plug in the photo would need to be moved /rewired to suit the motor placement.
