Kitchen reno and downlights

Looking at redoing my kitchen and needing a few powerpoints moved, new oven, hob, range hood and dishwasher. Also wanting roughly a dozen downlights in kitchen and living room. Had a previous spark start some pre wiring in the lounge, but cant finish becuase he moved down to Wellington. I already have the downlights. Looking at wanting the pre wire done in a couple of weeks and then fit off roughly two weeks after that.
