Bathroom reno - and then rest of house

I am looking to get a quote/estimate for electric work in our bathroom. Its a small room with just one basic light in the center of the ceiling and a switch near the door at the moment. We want to upgrade the light to a 3 in 1 heat, light, fan kit with a 3 switch panel for each function and also have a pendant light hang to the side of a vanity - which ideally would also turn on when we flight the light switch of the 3 switch light fan, heat panel . It is in an older 1930s home. This will be the first room we renovate and we will have more electrical work as we renovate other rooms.
